Week 9
This week was focused on doing the voiceover for the final video.
We planned to use AI for our voice over, which our lecturer, Mr.
Fauzi Approved.
Week 11
This week we decided to rerecord the audio which one done by one
of my teammates Adam as we found the AI voice to be stiff.
Week 12
We divided the video editing part into 3 for each of the members.
and I began working on my part which was the core interview
tips.
Our main source of inspiration for the editing was this video.

Week 13
By week 13, I finished editing my part. This is the Final
Clip.

We then consulted with Mr. Fauzi, and made some suggestions :
1.Make sure the final matches the proposal and the reference
2. Meet all the requirements outlined in google classrooms.
3. Add proper latch posters within the posters.
We also noticed that each of our parts didnt align well in style.
So we decided to stick to certain fonts, colour palette and
graphics to make it cohesive. We also wanted to add music and have
the video animation align to the beats.
Week 14
Then I spent week 14 working on the second draft

Then we compiled all of our clips into one video

Week 15
We showed our finalized video to Mr. Fauzi for week 15 consultation. He said our video mostly up to standard but needs a few tweaks. He gave us some suggestions:
1. Refine the text in the video like adding tip number one
2. Add subtitles
3. Remove video with more graphics if possible
We went in and added the needed changes
REFLECTIONS
This module taught the basic design principles of information design. One of the most valuable things I learned was to simplify design to its basics and make the text the focal point. The purpose of information design is to convey message in a way that attract the viewers. Mr. Fauzi gave me valuable feedback that allowed me to recognize how to balance the composition between visuals and text.
This task was a new challenge. I learned to work in a group. Since the workload was divided among the members, we had the new challenge of trying to match each others styles to keep it consistent. Along with this I got better experience with video editing on after effects which was something new to me.
The composition and design rules in stagnant visuals such as posters was completely different to in a video. While making a video using design principles, it is necessary to condense the information down even more to the bare bones per frame, to allow the viewers to follow along. Along with this the composition is much simple, with few details with a prominent detail. Overall I learned a lot through this module.
